Koulutuksen kulku

Koulutus alkaa online osuudella, joka koostuu Level 1 ja Level 2 -verkkokoulutuksista. Nämä moduulit suoritetaan kokonaan verkossa, omaan tahtiin.

Level 1 Koulutuksessa perehdytään muun muassa:

* Training For Warriors -filosofiaan ja valmennusajatteluun
* TFW:n 10 keskeiseen periaatteeseen
* Liikkuvuuden ja suorituskyvyn arviointiin
* Lämmittelyihin ja Warrior Challenge -harjoitteisiin
* Hurricane & Circuit -harjoitusmenetelmiin
* Warrior 20 -ravitsemusfilosofiaan

Level 2 syventää Level 1:llä opittuja taitoja ja laajentaa osaamista erityisesti:

* voima- ja nopeusharjoitteluun
* edistyneeseen ohjelmointiin
* suorituskyvyn kehittämiseen
* valmennuksen käytännön toteuttamiseen.

Koulutus etenee vaiheittain julkaistavien moduulien avulla ja lopuksi pääset suorittamaan monivalintakysymyksistä koostuvat loppukokeet. Hyväksytysti suoritetun TFW Level 1 & 2 online -koulutusten jälkeen pääset osallistumaan syyskuussa pidettävään live-osuuteen Helsingissä, TFW Helsingin salilla.

Syyskuun live-osuus sisältää käytännön harjoittelua, jossa pääset täydentämään online-koulutuksessa opittuja asioita TFW Metodin kehittäjän Martin Rooneyn opissa.

TFW Level 1 & 2 Hybrid -koulutus järjestetään ensimmäistä kertaa ja tarjoaa kattavan paketin kaikille, jotka haluavat syventää osaamistaan TFW-metodista ja kehittyä valmentajina.

Koulutuksen läpäiseminen antaa oikeudet toimia sertifioituna TFW-valmentajana. Sertifioitu valmentaja voi hakea itselleen myös TFW Affiliate -lisenssiä, joka oikeuttaa oman virallisen TFW -salin perustamiseen.

Onlinekoulutus:

Online-koulutus käynnistyy heti ilmoittautumisen jälkeen, ja pystyt suorittamaan verkkokoulutuksen omaan tahtiin. Online-koulutus tulee kuitenkin olla suoritettuna viimeistään perjantaina 11.9.2026, jonka jälkeen jatketaan opintoja live-osuudessa.

Program Structure

The certification begins with the online portion, which consists of the TFW Level 1 and TFW Level 2 online courses. These modules are completed entirely online at your own pace.

Level 1

During Level 1, you will learn about:
* The Training For Warriors philosophy and coaching methodology
* The 10 Core Principles of TFW
* Mobility and performance assessments
* Warm-ups and Warrior Challenge drills
* Hurricane and Circuit training methods
* The Warrior 20 nutrition philosophy

Level 2

Level 2 builds upon the knowledge and skills developed in Level 1, with a stronger focus on:
* Strength and speed training
* Advanced programming
* Performance development
* Practical coaching implementation

The online certification progresses through a series of modules released in sequence. At the end of the program, you will complete the final multiple-choice examinations. After successfully completing both the TFW Level 1 and Level 2 online courses, you will be eligible to participate in the live training session held in September at TFW Helsinki.

The September live workshop consists of practical coaching sessions where you’ll build upon the knowledge gained during the online certification under the guidance of Martin Rooney, creator of the Training For Warriors methodology.

The TFW Level 1 & 2 Hybrid Certification is being offered for the very first time and provides a comprehensive learning experience for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of the Training For Warriors methodology and grow as a coach.

Successfully completing the certification qualifies you to become a Certified TFW Coach. Certified coaches are also eligible to apply for a TFW Affiliate License, giving them the opportunity to open and operate an official Training For Warriors facility.

Online Certification

The online certification becomes available immediately after registration, allowing you to complete the coursework at your own pace.
However, all online modules must be completed by Friday, September 11, 2026, in order to participate in the live workshop.

Registration begins at 12:00 PM, followed by the training session. A meal break will be scheduled midway through the day.
