2026 TFW Summit
Begins: Thursday, August 27th, 2026
Ends: Sunday, August 30th, 2026

We will have ONE night in Longmont, Colorado and then we will be traveling from TFW Longmont to: YMCA of the Rockies!

Price – $800USD/per person

            * $400USD – DEPOSIT (non-refundable)

             * $400USD – will automatically draft on July 1st 

What IS included:

• ALL meals from Thursday night – Sunday morning

• ALL activities for the weekend

• ACCOMMODATIONS for the YMCA of the Rockies Friday, Aug. 28th – Sunday, Aug. 30th

• TRANSPORTATION to/from the YMCA

What is NOT included:

• Thursday night Hotel in Longmont.  We will send out a recommended hotel that is walking distance to TFW Longmont for all attendees to stay at a discounted price.

• Step 1: The $400 initial deposit will LOCK in your registration for the 2026 TFW Summit!

  • Make sure you know who your roommate(s) will be for this portion of the registration.

  • Only 1 attendee per registration

*Hotel information will be sent out separately on where to stay THURSDAY NIGHT and you can also add to your stay prior to and after the Summit if you choose to extend your stay and will also be shown after you check out*
