This hotel is for THURSDAY night , August 28th of the Summit. We have a block of rooms reserved at a special rate for everyone. ($179 USD and includes breakfast Friday morning, Aug. 28th.) It includes 2 queen beds (up to 4 people per room).

TFW 2026 Summit (Tentative) Itinerary
- Thursday, Aug. 27th – Arrive/check-in – 5:00 pm
- Welcome Dinner with the FAMILIA – 6:00 pm
- Friday, Aug. 28th – Meet at TFW Longmont – 9:00 a.m.
- Address: 950 Boston Ave. Longmont, CO 80501
- 12:00 p.m. – LUNCH
- 1:00 p.m. – board bus to YMCA of the Rockies!
- 3:00 p.m. – arrive at YMCA of the Rockies, check in and unload
- 5:00 p.m. – Dinner
- Night time activity
- Saturday, Aug. 29th:
- This day will consist of a workout, lectures and activities along with dinner and fun night!
- Sunday, Aug. 30th:
9:00 a.m. – buses leave for TFW Longmont - 10:30 a.m. arrive back at TFW Longmont
** KEEP THIS SCHEDULE IN MIND WHEN BOOKING YOUR FLIGHTS**
- Denver International airport is about an hour drive from TFW Longmont Dojo. Keep this in mind when planning your flights to/from Longmont.
