The official Summit begins at TFW Helsinki at 8:00 am, Thursday, August. 17th.
Please arrive at least one day before so you are settled in and ready for Day 1.

Thursday, August 17th
- 8:00 am – Summit begins at TFW Helsinki
- 11:00 am – bus departs to TFW Vantaa
- 11:30 am -Lunch
- 12:30 pm – 4:00 p.m. – TFW Vantaa
- 4:00 pm – bus departs to Vierumäki, Finland
- 6:30 pm – Dinner at Olympic Training Center
- 2 meals included (Lunch & Dinner) & overnight accommodations
Friday, August 18th
- Full day of lecture and activities
- 3 meals included (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
- overnight accommodations
Saturday, August 19th
- Warrior Games & TFW Gala
- 3 meals included (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Gala) & overnight accommodations
Sunday, August 20th
- 7:00 am – 10:00 am – breakfast
- 11:00 am – bus departs back to Helsinki, Finland

The hotel staff will help you with recommended transportation to get you to TFW Helsinki. (Uber, taxi, train, carpool).
